Tender Description
The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) invites bids for the procurement of security services required at the PHC Head Office in Lahore and regional offices located at Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Rawalpindi, and Sargodha, as well as any new offices established during the contract period. Eligible service providers, companies, or bidders registered with relevant tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, or Punjab Sales Tax) and licensed by their home department are invited to participate. Items being procured:
- Security services for PHC Head Office Lahore
- Security services for regional offices at Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Rawalpindi, Sargodha
- Security services for any new offices established during the contract period
The contract will be awarded through a framework contract. Bidders must submit bids online via the Punjab e-Procurement System following the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The bid security required is 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 826,800, to be submitted or transferred online against the PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System. Late bids will not be accepted. The bids will be opened online on 22nd September 2026 at 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
Interested bidders can obtain further information from the Punjab Healthcare Commission between 6th and 21st September 2026, 09:00 to 17:00 hours. The bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab Healthcare Commission website www.phc.org.pk, Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid validity is 120 days.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the online submission instructions and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. The Punjab Healthcare Commission will not be responsible for any costs incurred in bid preparation or delivery.
