Procurement of Seed, Nursery, Fertilizer and Equipment for Sindh Agriculture Biosaline, Rehabilitation & Resilient Initiative (SABRRI)

The Directorate General Agriculture Research Sindh, Tandojam invites sealed bids for the procurement of goods under the Sindh Agriculture Biosaline, Rehabilitation & Resilient Initiative (SABRRI) for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must ensure compliance with the technical specifications and quality standards as detailed in the bidding documents. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the EPADS electronic portal. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with PEC (with relevant categories and codes if applicable), registered taxpayers with valid income tax, sales tax, professional tax or exemption certificates, and Sindh Revenue Board certificates if applicable. Bidders must have at least three years of relevant supply experience with supporting documentation such as purchase orders and completion certificates. Bid security of PKR 658,000 is mandatory and must be submitted in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Director Tech-II Agriculture Research Sindh, Tandojam. The bid submission deadline is 27 August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day at the Committee Room of Directorate General Agriculture Research Sindh, Tandojam. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS; manual submissions are not accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
