Tender Description
Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for procurement of signal equipment and general store items under IT Number 12/ Normal/ 2026-27. The procurement is planned within the Current Financial Year 2026-27.
Items being procured:
- Hand Held Digital Comm Set (Kenwood)
- Comm Base With 12V Battery
- Comm Repeater
- Hand Held Comm Head Set
- Hand Held Spare Battery
- Hand Held Set Long / Whip Antenna
- Electric Cart for De-Armer
- Electric Cart for Rocket Wrench
The procurement includes technical specifications for required stores, goods, and equipment as detailed in annexures. Bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL for the procurement of Signal Equipment 12/ Normal/ 2026-27. Vendor Profile and Qualification Documents must also be submitted separately.
Eligibility requires registration with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments, active taxpayer status on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and registration with Directorate General Defense Purchase (DGDP) / Directorate General Procurement-Army (DGP-A) / Any Ordnance Depots of Pakistan Army and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for supply of items.
Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated bid value must be deposited within five working days of intimation. Failure to submit required documents or bid security will lead to rejection.
The closing date for submission is 18 September 2026 at 1030 hours. Bids must be delivered to Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi, Fort Road, Rawalpindi Cantonment before the deadline. Opening of bids will be on the same day at 1100 hours in the Conference Room of Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi.
