Procurement of Solar PV System (31.2 KWp) and Installations

Punjab Vocational Training Council (PVTC) Lahore invites encrypted electronic bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, or firms registered with relevant authorities and tax departments for the procurement of a Solar PV System (31.2 KWp) including cabling, commissioning, and installation as a turnkey solution. Items being procured: - Solar PV System (31.2 KWp), cabling, commissioning and installation (Turnkey Solution) (Qty: 1) The procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and Punjab e-Procurement Regulations. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) and can download bidding documents specifying specifications, quantity, evaluation criteria, and terms & conditions from http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx, https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/, or www.pvtc.gop.pk. Technical scope includes supply and installation of the complete solar PV system with all necessary cabling and commissioning at the specified site in Lahore. Eligibility requires registration with Punjab e-Procurement System, relevant tax departments, and compliance with bid security requirements. Bid Security amounting to Rs: 430,884/- (5% of estimated cost) must be paid digitally through any bank in favor of Vocational Training Council using the Punjab e-procurement portal.
