Procurement of Solid State, Mild Steel & Mechanical and Engineering Materials and Consumables for Manufacturing of Shop Made Items for Thar Rail Connectivity Project and Raw Material for Replacement of Old and Obsolete Signal Gear Project

Pakistan Railways invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of goods under EPADS v2.0 for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement includes two main items: - Procurement of Solid State, Mild Steel & Mechanical and Engineering Materials & Consumables for Manufacturing of Shop Made Items for Thar Rail Connectivity Project (TRCP) - Procurement of Raw Material for Manufacturing of Shop Made Items for Replacement of Old and Obsolete Signal Gear Project (LONSDR) The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and other applicable regulations. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents. The bids must be submitted on or before Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 11:30 AM and will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM.
