Tender Description
The 304 Spares Depot Electrical Mechanical Engineers (EME) located in Khanewal Cantt invites bids for the procurement of various spares as detailed in Annexure 'A' of the tender documents. This procurement is managed by the 304 Spares Depot EME and is intended to supply essential spares for electrical and mechanical equipment.
Items being procured:
- Various spares as per Annexure 'A' (detailed item list to be obtained from LP Office)
The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b). Bidders must submit separate envelopes for Technical and Commercial offers. The technical offer must include a copy of the Technical Offer marked as 'TECHNICAL OFFER IT-17/2026-27' and the commercial offer must include a copy of the Commercial Offer marked as 'COMMERCIAL/FINANCIAL OFFER IT-17/2026-27'. Both envelopes must be properly sealed and bear the tender number and address of the firm. A Pay Order/Bank Draft of Rs 3000/- is required as a Technical Proposal fee.
Eligibility criteria include quoting rates inclusive of all government taxes such as GST, Income Tax, Duty Tax, and others. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees only and must include installation, training, commissioning, software updates, and all literature including part catalogues and user manuals. Only ITD Directorate, GHQ, and HIT approved brands should be quoted in the indigenous category. Firms must clearly mention the total number of items quoted and attach a Technical Brochure for each item.
The tender closes on **30 June 2027**. Interested firms should obtain detailed item lists from the LP Office and submit their bids accordingly. Earnest Money and CDR requirements apply as per PPRA rules.
