Procurement of Spares for 304 Spares Depot Electrical Mechanical Engineers EME Khanewal Cantt

The 304 Spares Depot Electrical Mechanical Engineers (EME) located in Khanewal Cantt invites bids for the procurement of various spares as detailed in Annexure 'A' of the tender documents. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees only and must include installation, training, commissioning, software updates, and all literature including part catalogues and user manuals. Only ITD Directorate, GHQ, and HIT approved brands should be quoted in the indigenous category. Firms must clearly mention the total number of items quoted and attach a Technical Brochure for each item. The tender closes on **30 June 2027**.
