Tender Description
505 Electronics Base Workshop EME Rawalpindi is inviting quotations for the purchase of spares. The tender details for IT No 01 and IT No 02 for the financial year 2026-27 can be obtained from the LP office of 505 Electronics Base Workshop EME during working hours.
Items being procured:
- Spares for 505 Electronics Base Workshop EME
Only GHQ approved firms are eligible to participate in this tender. Tender copies can be obtained from the LP office upon payment of Rs. 3000/- as tender fee. The last date for submission of quotations for IT No 01 is 10 September 2026 before 1030 hrs, with opening at 1100 hrs the same day in the presence of all firms. For IT No 02, the last date for submission is 14 September 2026 before 1030 hrs, with opening at 1100 hrs on the same day in the presence of all firms. The Commandant of 505 Electronics Base Workshop reserves the right to reject any or all quotations.
Bidders should ensure timely submission and presence during bid opening to avoid disqualification. It is advisable to verify GHQ approval status beforehand to ensure eligibility. This procurement is specific to spares required by the 505 Electronics Base Workshop located in Rawalpindi, Punjab.
