Procurement of Spares by Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Spares as per Annexure "A" The delivery period is 2 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, indexation letter if applicable, attested sales tax registration, NTN certificate, audit reports for last 3 financial years, bank statement for last year, CNIC copy of CEO/Director, trade link certificate with OEM if distributor/agent, judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming no blacklisting or debarment, and documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 years with government or semi-government organizations. A postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The last date to collect tender documents is 17 August 2026 at 10:30 hours. Tender submission deadline is 17 August 2026 at 11:00 hours. Tender opening will be available on the PPRA website.
