Procurement of Spares and Loader Rikshaw at Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila, located in Taxila, Punjab, is inviting bids for the procurement of spares and loader rikshaw under two separate tenders with bid numbers 4756/IT-7162/2026-26/HRF(T)/FOR(B)/SCM and 4756/IT-7163/2026-26/HRF(T)/FOR(B)/SCM respectively. Inspection and testing will be conducted as per contract terms including pre-shipment and post-shipment inspections. Packaging and marking will comply with export and UN codification standards. Warranty of 12 months applies with performance bank guarantees. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with HIT or provide valid agency agreements, NTN certificates, and audit reports for last 3 financial years. Firms must not be blacklisted or involved in corrupt practices. Bid security in form of CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order is mandatory. Bids must be valid for 180 days for spares and 120 days for loader rikshaw.
