The Regional Tax Office Rawalpindi invites qualified bidders for the repair of machinery and equipment for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is aimed at ensuring the proper maintenance and functioning of various office machines and electrical equipment at the department located in Rawalpindi. Items being repaired include: - Photocopier Machines (All brands) - Split Air Conditioners (All brands) - Fax Machines (All brands) - Electric Geysers (All brands) - Plastic Exhaust Fans (All brands) - Metal Exhaust Fans (All brands) - Louver Bracket Fans (All brands) - Plastic False Ceiling Exhaust Fans (All brands) - HD Smart LED TVs (All brands) - Generators (All brands) - UPS (All brands) - LED Lights (All brands) - Injectors (All brands) - Air Coolers (All brands) - Refrigerators (All brands) - Water Dispensers (All brands) - Two-way Electric Motors (All brands) - Microwave Ovens (All brands) - Telephone Exchanges - Water Motors - All kinds of lifts - Any other item of machinery and equipment not mentioned above The scope of work includes repair and replacement of defective parts, ensuring all equipment is functional and reliable. The repair work must be completed by 30-06-2027. Bidders must have their own office or sub-office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and demonstrate sufficient experience in this field. They must also have a bank account and vendor number allotted by AGPR. Use of damaged or substandard parts will lead to forfeiture of bid security and blacklisting. Interested bidders should provide company profile, last two years income tax and sales tax returns, CNICs of proprietors/partners/directors, NTN and sales tax registration with ATL status, affidavit of no blacklisting, and relevant work orders or experience certificates from the last three years. The Departmental Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the Public Procurement Rules. Bids should be submitted promptly as the department may require work even at odd hours. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate to avoid disqualification.
