The repair work must be completed by 30-06-2027. Bidders must have their own office or sub-office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and demonstrate sufficient experience in this field. They must also have a bank account and vendor number allotted by AGPR. Use of damaged or substandard parts will lead to forfeiture of bid security and blacklisting. Interested bidders should provide company profile, last two years income tax and sales tax returns, CNICs of proprietors/partners/directors, NTN and sales tax registration with ATL status, affidavit of no blacklisting, and relevant work orders or experience certificates from the last three years. The Departmental Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the Public Procurement Rules.
