The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tender documents for various civil, electrical, and mechanical works at HIT Taxila Cantt and PAC Kamra near Rawalpindi. Firms must be registered with PEC in relevant categories and preferably enlisted with MES. A refundable 2% bid security is required for non-enlisted firms. Pre-qualification with Engineer-in-Chief's Branch GHQ Rawalpindi and no outstanding DI&E recoveries are mandatory. Applications must include work orders, project completion certificates, personnel list, bank statements, NTN certificate, and income tax returns for the last three years. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be submitted at HQ DW&CE (DP) GHQ Rawalpindi by 28 September 2026 at 1130 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 1200 hours.
