Procurement of Spares for Rebuild of APC

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for spares required for the rebuild of APC. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Spares for rebuild of APC as detailed in Annexure 'A' attached to the tender document. The delivery period is 4 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit all required documents including photocopies of registration, pre-qualification letters, NTN certificates, audit reports for last 3 financial years, bank statements, CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade links with OEM if distributor/agent, judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner, and documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 years with government or semi-government organizations. A postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The last date for collection of tender documents is 04 Nov 2026 at 10:30 hours. Tender submission deadline is 04 Nov 2026 at 11:00 hours. Tender opening will be available on the PPRA website.
