Procurement of Spares for Rebuild/Refurbishment and ITD Qual Spares of A-Veh (VT-4)

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration for two separate procurement tenders. The first tender (Bid No. 4997/IT-6407) is for the procurement of spares required for rebuild and refurbishment of defense equipment, with a delivery period of 2 months after contract signing. The second tender (Bid No. 5976/IT-7410) concerns procurement of ITD qualified spares for A-Veh (VT-4) with a delivery period of 6 months after contract signing. Tender 5976/IT-7410 includes ITD qualified spares such as rear combination lamps, connectors, screws, bolts, holders, illumination lights, PCB cards, sealing pads, nuts, washers, metal bodies, light housings, switches, harnesses, and other related components. These items are offered as a package deal and the contract will be awarded to the most advantageous firm. Technical scope covers supply of brand new, OEM-certified spares conforming to approved drawings and specifications, with quality assurance certificates and warranty guarantees. Inspection and testing will be conducted as per contract terms, including acceptance test procedures. Delivery will be made to Advance System Rebuild Factory (ASRF) and HRF at HIT Taxila.
