Tender Description
301 Central Base Spares Depot EME Rawalpindi invites bids for the procurement of spares for various Toyota vehicles and tractors. This tender is specifically issued by the 301 Central Base Spares Depot EME located at Golra Road, Rawalpindi. The scope includes supply of brand new stores in the required country of origin, inclusive of installation, training, commissioning, software updates, and all relevant literature including part catalogues and manuals where applicable. Bidders must quote rates inclusive of all government taxes such as GST, Income Tax, and Custom Duty. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b), requiring separate technical and commercial offers submitted in sealed envelopes.
Eligibility criteria include registration with 301 Central Base Spares Depot EME, FBR registration, NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and submission of earnest money in the form of a CDR amounting to Rs 1 million. Only ITD Directorate, GHQ, and HIT approved brands are acceptable for indigenous category items.
