Procurement of Sports Gears and Equipment Framework Contract

The Directorate of Sports, Merged Areas, located at Qayyum Stadium Peshawar, invites eligible firms to submit technical and financial bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under National Competitive Bidding for a framework contract. The procurement involves sports gears and equipment to support sports activities in the region. Items being procured: - Sports Gears - Sports Equipment The procurement will be conducted under the KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014, using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), hold valid NTN and Sales Tax (GST) registrations, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A bid security of PKR 600,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required, which will be converted into performance security upon award. Bidding documents can be downloaded from https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/tenders/Epadtenders or www.dgsports.kp.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 18/08/2026 at 02:00 PM. Bid opening will occur the same day at 02:30 PM in the office of the Director Sports Merged Areas at Qayyum Stadium Peshawar Cantt, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule 47 of the KPPRA Rules, 2022.
