Procurement of Stationary, Printing Material and General Store Items for Financial Year 2026-27

Rawalpindi Medical University invites E-Bids on a Framework Contract basis from well reputed Firms, Companies, Sole Proprietors, and General Order Suppliers registered on Punjab E-PADS for the Financial Year 2026-2027 for the procurement of Stationary, Printing Material and General Store Items. Items being procured: - Stationary - Printing Material - General Store Items Bidding will be conducted on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis. Bidders must submit their documents through Punjab E-PADS and provide valid registration with FBR, income tax and sales tax certificates from relevant departments, professional tax certificate (Punjab), list of relevant major supplies, and evidence of financial soundness. A 2% bid security is required through Bank of Punjab in accordance with Punjab PPRA instructions. Technical bids will be opened on 5th September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
