Procurement of Stationery and Computer Stationery

The Federal Board of Revenue, Corporate Tax Office Lahore, invites electronic bids for procurement of Stationery and Computer Stationery items on a least cost basis through a single stage-one envelope procedure. The procurement is for the Corporate Tax Office located at Tax House, Syed Mauj Darya Road, Lahore. Items being procured include stationery and computer stationery products. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via EPADS v2.0 only; manual submissions are not allowed. The bids will be opened on 15-09-2026 at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Corporate Tax Office Lahore. All bidders must be registered with tax and other relevant authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of Income Tax and Sales Tax issued by the Federal Board of Revenue. The supplies must conform to specifications and samples approved by the Purchase Committee. Tender submissions must be accompanied by a Bank Draft or Pay Order as earnest money/bid security per lot in favor of the Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, Corporate Tax Office Lahore. The bid security is refundable and must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the bid opening. Rates quoted must be inclusive of all applicable government duties and taxes and include charges for travelling and transportation. Income Tax, Withholding Tax, and Sales Tax will be deducted as per law. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004. Notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee is available on EPADS and the PPRA website. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the electronic submission process and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
