Procurement of Stationery, Computer Stationery, Printing & Publishing, IT Equipment, Furniture, Plant & Machinery for Financial Year 2026-27

The Skills Development & Entrepreneurship Department, Government of Punjab, invites bids from eligible firms for procurement under the Annual Framework Contract for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement includes a diverse range of items essential for departmental operations and development. Items being procured: - Stationery - Computer Stationery - Other Items - Cost of Others - Printing & Publishing - IT Equipment - Furniture - Plant & Machinery The tender process will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, using a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Tender documents are available free of cost and can be downloaded from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must submit two separate bids (Technical and Financial), duly signed and stamped, in complete conformity with the tender documents. Submission is to be done online via the Punjab e-Procurement System website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ by the last date of submission. Eligibility criteria include up-to-date Income and Sales Tax Registration Certificates and other relevant documents duly signed and stamped by the head of the firm or company. Firms must be registered on ep.punjab.gov.pk to submit electronic bids; otherwise, bids will not be accepted. The technical bid opening will occur at 11:30 hours on the closing date as per PPRA Rules. Bidders are advised to ensure completeness and timeliness of their submissions, as incomplete, unsigned, late, or improperly submitted bids will be rejected.
