Tender Description

The Punjab Information Commission is inviting tenders for the procurement of stationery items, conference/seminar/workshop items, computer stationery, and Printing & Publication items via the E-Tendering process (e-Procurement Punjab) as per PPRA rules 2014. Well-reputed and financially sound firms, registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments, are encouraged to participate. The tenders are for the financial year 2026-27 (up to June 30, 2027). Items being procured: - Purchase of Office Stationery - Purchase of Computer Stationery - Purchase of Printing & Publication - Purchase of Conference /Seminar/ workshops The procurement covers a range of office and computer stationery, printing and publication materials, and items required for conferences, seminars, and workshops. Bidders must ensure compliance with all registration requirements including NTN, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax on services. A performance certificate on Rs. 100/- stamp paper is mandatory, confirming the firm is not a defaulter or involved in any criminal case. Bidders must also provide a 2% bid security and a 10% performance guarantee of the total cost. The tender process follows Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage-One Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014, amended in 2021. Bids must be submitted online via https://ep.punjab.gov.pk before the closing date. The submission deadline and bid security require bidders to submit proposals online by 11:30 am on September 30, 2026, and sign the attendance sheet at the Admin Office, Punjab Information Commission. Bids will be opened at 12:00 am on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. All rates should include GST/PST and remain valid until June 30, 2027. Accepted bidders must provide item samples before order issuance, with delivery within 10 days of the supply order. The Punjab Information Commission reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of PPRA 2014.
