Procurement of Stationery, Computer Stationery (Toners), Other Store Items, and Office Furniture for Directorate General of Basic Education Community Schools

The Directorate General of Basic Education Community Schools (BECS), Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Islamabad, invites proposals from well-reputed suppliers, firms, and vendors registered with PPRA and active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers a wide range of items including stationery, computer stationery (toners), other miscellaneous store items, and office furniture. Items being procured include: - Lot 1: Office Stationery Items (121 items) such as agreement folders, ball pens, box files, calculators, envelopes, diaries, file boards, glue sticks, highlighters, notebooks, paper clips, staplers, and white boards. - Lot 2: Computer Stationery Items (21 items) including original HP LaserJet toners for various models and Ricoh photocopier toner. - Lot 3: Other Store/Store Items (152 items) including air fresheners, back care cushions, brooms, electric kettles, fans, flash drives, heaters, printers, sanitizers, tissue papers, and water bottles. - Lot 4: Office Furniture Fixture Items (8 items) including wooden tables, coat hangers, computer chairs, executive chairs, sofas, and visitor chairs. The procurement is under a Framework Agreement using a Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, have relevant experience, and submit a bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or CDR in favor of the DDO, Directorate General of BECS. Bids must be submitted in hard copy at the Directorate General of BECS office, G-8/4 Taleemi Chowk Islamabad, by **September 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM**. The bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM.
