Tender Description
The Elementary & Secondary Education Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, based in Peshawar, invites reputable firms and general order suppliers to participate in the procurement, supply, and installation of IT equipment and allied accessories. This procurement is conducted under the National Competitive Bidding procedure using the Single Stage Two Envelope method via the E-PADS system.

- Allied Accessories (complete package)
The scope includes the supply and installation of a comprehensive package of IT equipment and related accessories to support the department's operational needs. Bidders must be registered with KPRA and FBR, holding valid NTN and Sales Tax registration, and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR.
Key terms include submission of scanned affidavits confirming the firm is not blacklisted, detailed profiles of key team members, evidence of completed similar projects, and a 2% CDR which must be submitted physically before the deadline along with a scanned copy uploaded on the E-PADS portal.
The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Friday, 2nd October 2026 at 10:30 AM in the Committee Room of the Elementary & Secondary Education Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) by Tuesday, 13th October 2026 at 02:30 PM. The original CDR must also be delivered physically to the Project Director, ASPIRE E&SED office in Peshawar by the same deadline. Bids submitted by courier, postal service, hand delivery, email, or fax will not be accepted.
Bid opening will take place on 13th October 2026 at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
All applicable government taxes will be deducted at source as per prevailing laws. Only registered bidders on the E-PADS system are eligible to participate.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration and document submission on the E-PADS portal to avoid disqualification. Also, the physical submission of the original CDR is mandatory and must be coordinated carefully to meet the deadline.
