Procurement of Stationery Items for National Highway Authority Balochistan North Region Quetta

The National Highway Authority (NHA) Balochistan North Region Quetta invites sealed bids from well reputed NTN/GST registered active firms with sufficient experience in relevant field for the supply of requisite stationery and allied items for National Highway Authority, Balochistan North Region Quetta. The quoted rates will remain valid up to June 30, 2027 (for Financial Year 2026-27). Items being procured: - Requisite Stationery and Allied Items (specific item list not provided in the notice). Detailed specifications and other terms and conditions including proposed quantity (on as and when required basis) are given in the bidding documents which can be downloaded from NHA website (www.nha.gov.pk). Bidding documents can also be obtained from the office of Deputy Director (Admn) NHA Quetta or any working day during office hours on submission of a written request on firm's letter head along with pay order of Rs. 1000/- (Non-Refundable) in favor of General Manager (Balochistan North) National Highway Authority, Quetta. The bids shall comprise on Single Stage Two Envelopes (Method of Procurement) duly sealed and signed. The envelopes should be marked clearly of its purpose in bold and legible letters to avoid inconvenience. The bids, completed in all respects along with bid security amounting to Rs. 50,000/- in shape of Pay Order in the name of General Manager (Balochistan North) NHA, Quetta, must reach in the office of Deputy Director (Admn) NHA Quetta on October 29, 2026 till 1400 Hours with all requisite samples. Technical bids shall be opened by the Purchase Committee on the same day at 1430 Hours in the presence of the bidders/authorized representative, who may choose to attend. NHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules. All firms are advised to get EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk immediately as manual bids (hard copy) will be eliminated in upcoming procurements.
