Tender Description
The Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of stationery and miscellaneous other items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under the reserved funds of AIOU and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) V2.0 using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026.

- Stationery items
- Miscellaneous other items
Bidders must prepare their e-bids in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents available on EPADS. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as specified in the bidding documents, which can be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as per the prescribed format.
The bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are accessible online at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/130411. Interested bidders must register on EPADS V2.0 to participate. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted.
The deadline for bid submission is Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 10:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM via EPADS V2.0. In compliance with Rule 65 of the Public Procurement Rules 2026, a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for this procurement. The notification is available on the procuring agency's website and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website at www.ppra.org.pk.
