Procurement of Stationery, Printing, Bedding, Clothing, Horticulture Equipment, Laundry Chemicals, General Store Items, X-ray, CT & MRI Films and Repair of Medical Lab Equipment for Sahiwal Medical College and Allied Hospitals

Bids are invited from PPRA-registered, income tax and sales tax registered manufacturers, authorized sole distributors, suppliers, and contractors for the procurement of various items for Sahiwal Medical College and Allied Hospitals in Sahiwal for the Financial Year 2026-2027 under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended), through the Punjab e-Procurement System / PPRA. Items being procured: - Stationery Items - Printing Items - Bedding & Clothing Items - Horticulture Equipment / Items - Laundry Chemicals / Consumables - General Store Consumable Items - General Store Electrical / Plumbing Items - General Store Durable Items - X-ray, CT and MRI Films - Repair of Medical Lab Equipment (B-Scan Machine) The procurement covers a wide range of goods including stationery, printing materials, bedding and clothing, horticulture equipment, laundry chemicals, general store consumables, electrical and plumbing items, durable goods, diagnostic films for X-ray, CT and MRI, and repair services for medical lab equipment specifically a B-Scan machine. The scope requires suppliers to be registered with PPRA, have valid income tax and sales tax registrations, and be authorized distributors or manufacturers. Bidders must submit bids accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in favor of the Medical Superintendent, Sahiwal Teaching Hospital, Sahiwal. Bids must also include the Integrity Pact, PPRA registration, valid NTN/STRN certificates, and all other mandatory documents as prescribed in the bidding documents. Bidders currently blacklisted or debarred by PPRA or the procuring agency are not eligible. The last date and time for submission of bids is 30-09-2026 till 01:00 PM (13:00 Hrs). Bids will be opened on the same date at 01:30 PM (13:30 Hrs) in the Committee Room, Office of the Medical Superintendent, Sahiwal Teaching Hospital, Sahiwal, in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. In case the specified date is a public holiday, bids will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the bidding process at any stage prior to acceptance without incurring any liability towards the affected bidders.
