Procurement of Stationery Items and Printing Articles by Punjab Agriculture Food & Drug Authority

The Punjab Agriculture Food & Drug Authority, Home Department, Government of Punjab invites bids for the procurement of Stationery Items and Printing Articles through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS). This tender is open to bidders/suppliers registered with the tax departments in Pakistan and on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Lot-1: Procurement of Stationery Items (as per bidding documents) - Lot-2: Procurement of Printing Articles (as per bidding documents) The bidding process will be conducted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS) approved by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Bidders must submit their e-bids using the PDF upload method. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) free of charge. Complete bids along with required documents must be submitted electronically by 26-08-2026 up to 10:30 AM. The bids will be opened on the same date at 11:00 AM in the Committee room of PAFDA building at Thoker Niaz Baig, Main Multan Road, Lahore, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives with valid authority letters. Bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through PEPS. No physical financial instruments such as CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee will be accepted. Only electronically submitted bid securities through PEPS will be considered valid. The bidding will follow the Open Competitive Bidding Method with Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. If the opening date falls on a public holiday or non-working day, the opening will be held on the next working day at the same time. Interested bidders are advised to ensure timely registration on PEPS and prepare all required documents carefully. Early submission is recommended to avoid last-minute technical issues.
