Supply of Cooked Food Items for Elite Police Training Centre Nowshera

Elite Force Police Department invites sealed tenders for the supply and provision of cooked food items to all trainees at Elite Police Training Centre Hakimabad Nowshera. This supply applies to police personnel arriving for any type of trainees of provincial police units per person per day in the current financial year 2026-27, based on the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Cooked food items including Break Fast, Lunch, Tea & Snack, Dinner daily as per approved menu. The scope includes supplying hygienic and standard quality meals daily at the training center. Bidders must have valid registration with income tax (NTN) and sales tax departments, active professional tax certificate, and provide original bidding documents. Photocopies will not be accepted. Bidding documents, mess menu, scale, and other information can be obtained from the Accountant Elite Force CPO Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar during office hours before 16th November 2026. Eligibility requires capability and previous experience supplying cooked food items at a scale similar to trainees at EPTC Hakimabad Nowshera. Earnest money of 2% amounting to Rs. 200,000/- in the form of bank drafts is required. Upon acceptance, a security deposit of 10% of total value is to be submitted. The contract agreement will be signed on stamp paper and is valid until 30.06.2027. Payments will be made after verification and passing bills from Accountant General Office Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar. The last date for submission of tenders/quotations is 24th November 2026, with opening at 11:00 hours on the same day at the office of Deputy Commandant Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at Central Police Office (CPO) Peshawar. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all registration documents and original bidding papers are complete and submitted in two sealed envelopes as per instructions to avoid disqualification. Early collection of bidding documents before 16th November is recommended to prepare thoroughly.
