Procurement of Stationery Items for Supreme Court of Azad Jammu & Kashmir Muzaffarabad

The Supreme Court of Azad Jammu & Kashmir Muzaffarabad invites sealed tenders for the procurement of stationery items from registered suppliers with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments in AJK who are active taxpayers on the AJK CBR list and have their stationery business in Muzaffarabad city. Items being procured: - Stationery items as detailed in the attached tender notice. The procurement will follow the AJK Public Procurement Rules, 2017 with a Single Stage - Single Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rule16A closed framework agreement. Bidders must have at least three years of experience supplying stationery items to various departments or organizations in AJK. Prices quoted must be inclusive of tax and valid for the financial year 2026-27. Bid security of Rs. 80,000 for Lot-I and Rs. 60,000 for Lot-II must be submitted in the form of CDR in the name of D.D.O Supreme Court. Bids without bid security will be rejected. Bidders must submit a valid authority letter if represented by someone else and must not be blacklisted by any provincial or federal government department or private sector organization in Pakistan or AJK. Bids must be delivered to the specified address by or before 10-09-2026 at 11:00 a.m. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:30 a.m. Evaluation reports and contract awards will be displayed on the AJK PPRA website. Valid NTN and STRN registration certificates are required with the bid. The committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per AJK PPRA rules.
