Purchase of Stationary Items, Training Aids, Lab Equipment and Up-gradation Works at Military College of Engineering

The Military College of Engineering invites bids for the purchase and up-gradation works related to training and institutional facilities. Items being procured: - Purchase of Stationary Items and Training Aids - Paint/Distemper Weather Shield Work, Plumber & Mason Work, Carpenter & Aluminium Work at David Block for OFCs & General Uplift of Training Area and Demonstration Plot (including Uplift of FOQs, Up-gradation of Training Facilities, Sports, Accommodation of FTs etc) - Purchase of Lab Equipment, Camp Stool, Board with Stand, Marking Flags, Iron Board, Folding Table/Chairs, D Cell with charger, Face Wiser, Course Booklet Sets (English & Urdu), Rostrum, 6 x VPS with accessories and 3 x Printers - Uplift of FOQs, Up-gradation of Training Facilities, Sports, Accommodation of FTs and Development, Up-gradation, Maintenance of Training Facilities (Training Institution) and all types of Purchase/Supply of Material, Furniture & Training Aid/Store on account of Sub Allocation of Budget & Fixed/Special Annual Training Grant during Financial Year 2026/27. The scope includes supply of stationary and training aids, civil and maintenance works including painting, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, and aluminium works at specified blocks and training areas. The procurement also covers lab equipment and furniture items essential for training and institutional development. Bidders must ensure compliance with specifications and provide all required certificates including Sales Tax Invoice, Firm Bills, and Sales Tax deposit documents. Functional testing of supplied items will be conducted by competent inspection authorities. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration for relevant categories, FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money as per tender requirements. Bidders should submit quotations on firm pad in hard copy. The deadline for submission is within 7 days from the publish date, with bids to be submitted at the Military College of Engineering office.
