Procurement of Stay Rod with Elbow & Thimble

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) (Material Management Directorate) based in Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring Stay Rod with Elbow & Thimble for its operations in the financial year 2025-26. This procurement involves supply of high-quality stay rods and associated components such as elbows and thimbles, conforming to NTDC Specification DDS-29:2008 (amended to date). The materials will be delivered primarily to the IESCO Regional Store in Rawalpindi, with quantities of 6000 units for stay rods and 3000 units each for elbows and thimbles. The delivery schedule is set at 45 days for the first 50% quantity and 75 days for the balance from the date of purchase order issuance. Eligible bidders must demonstrate manufacturing experience of at least two years and contractual or supply experience of one year or more.
