Procurement of Stock-able Food Items and Non-food Items for 8 PBM Sweet Homes in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal, Provincial Office Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar, under the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation & Social Safety, invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of stock-able food items and non-food items for 8 PBM Sweet Homes located across districts Bajaur, Bannu, Khyber, Kohat, Mansehra, Mardan, Shangla, and Swat in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with the contract reference number P91906. Items being procured include: - Flour (aata) wheat flour (5760 packs) - Cooking oil edible vegetable or plant oils (13340 kg) - Sugar natural sugars or sweetening products (14400 kg) - Rice (Sella) rice grain (1440 packs) - Milk tetra pack fresh milk (17280 liters) - Black tea (576 packs) - Haleem mix (1920 packs) - Jam (768 packs) - Salt cooking or table salt (3840 packs) - Red bean (5760 kg) - Dal channa, masoor, mong, mash, white channa (various quantities) - Baking soda (1920 kg) - Custard (2400 packs) - Various spices including qorma masala, salan masala, garam masala, biryani masala, zeera, elachi, dry yeast, pulaw masala, dry coriander powder, food color, black pepper, corn flour - White and black sirka (vinegars) - Eggs (3840 dozen) - Chicken seasoning powder and chicken cube - Chili sauce, red chili, garlic powder, ginger powder, alu bukhara - Miscellaneous non-stock items such as washing powder, dish wash liquid and soap, bleach, toilet cleaners, hair shampoo, bath soap, shoe polish and brush, mustard oil, scouring pads, steel wool, toothpaste, toothbrush, broom, wiper, mop, nail cutter, air freshener, phenyl, tissue box, hair comb, match box, mosquito lotion, face mask, mosquito spray, dust bin All items are to be delivered in equal quantities to the 8 PBM Sweet Homes throughout the year as per the delivery schedule of 27 days. The procurement requires bidders to be registered with FBR, have valid NTN and GST, and submit bid security as per the bidding documents. The bidding process follows a National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
