Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of stringing material under tender number P100402 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is based in Charsadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with delivery scheduled at SNGPL Project Camp near Mardan Road, Near 1122 Office Charsadda. Items being procured include:
- Web Sling Belt Cap. 20 Ton 8 Mtr Length (2 pcs)
- Web Sling Belt Cap. 15 Ton 8 Mtr Length (3 pcs)
- Web Sling Belt Cap. 10 Ton 8 Mtr Length (3 pcs)
- Web Sling Belt Cap. 5 Ton 8 Mtr Length (4 pcs)
- Web Sling Belt Cap. 40 Ton 8 Mtr Length (2 pcs)

All belts are made of 100% polyester webbing, anti-slippery, strong grip, durable, washable, duplex hosting belt with double layer strap, extremely high resistant for cutting, safety factor ratio 7:1, and lightweight. The technical scope requires compliance with the specifications for lifting belts suitable for heavy-duty industrial use. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, hold a valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate for 2026-2027, and comply with all legal and technical requirements. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 12th September 2026 at 3:00 PM, with bid opening at 3:30 PM the same day. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft must be submitted physically before the deadline at the specified SNGPL office in Charsadda. Manual bids will not be accepted. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and to carefully follow the bid security submission instructions to avoid disqualification. The procurement will be awarded on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis.
