Procurement of Student Chairs and Computer Tables & Chairs for UET Lahore

The University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Building and Works Department invites bids for procurement of furniture items for its academic buildings and computer labs at UET Main and Sub Campuses in Lahore. Items being procured: - Student Chairs for Different Academic Buildings of UET Main & its Sub Campuses - Computer Tables & Chairs for Computer Lab Computing Block, UET Lahore The procurement follows PPRA-Punjab E-Procurement System rules 2014 (amended & updated). Bidders must register on the PPRA-Punjab website and submit bids electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System. The bids will be opened on 21-09-2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Conference Hall adjacent to the Vice-Chancellor Office by the Central Procurement Cell. Earnest money and bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must accompany all bids. No cutting or amendment in bids is allowed without earnest money. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. Firms must be registered with FBR and PPRA-Punjab and avoid submitting fake information to prevent blacklisting. All applicable government taxes will be deducted as per policy. A 10% performance guarantee is required from the selected firm. The PPRA website will be the official source for tender documents and timelines. Bidders should ensure timely registration and submission of bids online before the deadline. It is advisable to carefully review the bidding documents and prepare the technical and financial bids separately as per the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
