Tender Description
The Headmistress of the Government Institute for Slow Learners in Rahim Yar Khan invites bids for the procurement of student uniforms for the academic year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at providing quality uniforms to enrolled students to ensure uniformity and discipline within the institute.
Items being procured:
- Uniform for Boys: Shirt (white color with new mono Dept open pocket), Pant (Malai Gray), Belt (Black Color and Knee Leather), Black Shoes (quality a tested equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Vest / Bunyan (White Color), Tie (Navy Blue with Red Stripes), Jury (Navy Blue)
- Uniform for Girls: Qameez / Shirt (Navy Blue Color with new mono Dept open pocket), Shalwar & Dupatta (white color), Black Shoes (quality a tested equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Slip / Shameeze (White Color), Shirt, Awal & Jury (Maroon)
The technical scope includes supplying the specified uniform items in prescribed quality and quantity within the stipulated timeframe. Bidders must ensure all items are inclusive of all applicable taxes and meet the specifications detailed in the bidding documents.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with relevant tax authorities and not blacklisted by any government department or PPRA. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted via online PSID. Bidders must submit original bids through the E-Procurement portal of Punjab (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) by the closing date.
The last date for bid submission is 14 October 2026 at 10:00 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened online on the same day.
