Procurement of Student Uniforms for Govt Secondary Special Education Centre Haroonabad

The Govt Secondary Special Education Centre Haroonabad invites bids for the procurement of student uniforms for 232 enrolled students for the financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must upload their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The technical and financial proposals will be opened on 14-10-2026 at 10:30 am. A bid security of Rs 2,25,000 (5% of estimated cost) is required in the form of a Bank Guarantee or CDR. Uniform items must be supplied tagged with student name and class under free delivery to consignee's end basis. Rates should be inclusive of all taxes and quoted in Pak Rupees. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance/bank guarantee of 10% of the contract amount before issuance of supply order.
