Procurement of Students Uniform for Boys and Girls at Secondary Special Education Centre Saddar Bahawalpur

The Secondary Special Education Centre Saddar Bahawalpur invites sealed bids through e-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (PPRA Rules) from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, or general order suppliers registered with PPRA and relevant tax authorities for the procurement of students uniform for Boys & Girls (summer & winter) for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Uniform for Boys: Shirt (white color with new mono of Dept. on pocket), Pant (Malatia Gray), Belt (Black Color and Rexene / Leather), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Vest / Bunyan (White Color) & Tie (Navy Blue with Golden Strips), Jursy Navy blue - Uniform for Girls: Qameez / Shirt (Navy Blue Color with new mono of Deptt: on pocket), Shalwar & Dupatta (white color), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Slip / Shameez (White Color), Shawal & Jursy Maroon The procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 with a single stage two envelope mechanism. Bidders must have established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. The bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA Punjab website and Punjab e-procurement portal. Bid security of **Rs. 75,000/-** (3% of estimated cost) in the form of Bank Call-Deposit (CDR), Demand Draft, or Pay Order from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan is required.
