Procurement, Supply & Placement of Iron Cash Cages with Triple Lock System at NBP Dist Court Branch Sialkot under RO Sialkot (0403)

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing Central) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement, supply, and placement of iron cash cages with a triple lock system at the NBP District Court Branch Sialkot under RO Sialkot. The items being procured include: - Supply & Fixing of Steel Cash Cages Cabinet of Dimension 6 ft (H) x 4 ft (W) x 1.5 ft (D) with three horizontal shelves - Triple lock system with locks and keys as per approved NBP/SBP standards - Complete frame fabricated of 2"x2"-6mm angle iron with partitions and MS polished rods dia 12mm fitted vertically on all sides - Doors fabricated with 2"x2"-6mm angle iron frame with MS polished rods and side bracing plates - High profile MS polished rod hinges - Inside and outside powder coated with best quality enamel hammer finished paint, thickness not less than 120 micron - Jali/net of 16 SWG fitted on frame and doors - Loading, unloading, placement, transportation, and all related charges included The technical scope requires compliance with the best engineering standards approved by SBP and NBP. Bidders must have completed at least three similar projects for banks, financial institutions, or national/multinational companies costing not less than Rs. 1.0 million during the last three years. The delivery schedule is 30 calendar days from the effective contract date. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted physically to the Engineering Wing Central, Ground Floor, NBP RHQ Building, 26 Mclagon Road, Lahore before the bid submission deadline. The bid security amount is Rs. 50,000. The procurement will be evaluated on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis.
