Procurement of Surgical Items by Directorate of Central Procurement, PAC Kamra

The Directorate of Central Procurement at Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) Kamra invites qualified firms to participate in the procurement of surgical items. Interested bidders can obtain tender documents by hand or via email from the Directorate after fulfilling the required formalities. Items being procured: - Surgical Items (specific list not provided in the notice). Bidders must submit a formal request on their firm's letterhead signed by an authorized signatory. A Non-Disclosure Agreement on Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- must be provided as per the attached format. Additionally, copies of the firm's NTN, ATL, and STRN are mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained by sending a request to the email adcppre1@pac.org.pk or by visiting the Directorate in person. Submission of documents must be in hard copy, duly signed by the authorized signatory. Soft copies may be forwarded via email for obtaining tender documents but final submission requires hard copy through registered mail or in person. Firms not issued tender documents by this Directorate are not eligible to participate. Past performance of firms will be considered during evaluation. The deadline for submission of tenders is before 1030 Hrs on 07 September 2026. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents including the Non-Disclosure Agreement and tax registrations are complete and signed properly to avoid rejection at the technical evaluation stage.
