Procurement of Sustenance Support Fess Refurbishment

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for the refurbishment of Sustenance Support Fess as per Annexure 'A'. Items being procured: - Sustenance Support Fess refurbishment as per Annexure 'A' The delivery period is six months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or government/semi-government organizations if applicable. Attested copies of registration certificates issued by the Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are mandatory. Audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC copies of CEO or Director must be provided. Trade link evidence between the firm and OEM is required for distributors or agents. A certificate on judicial paper worth Rs 100, attested by an Oath Commissioner, confirming the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred by any government organization, must be included. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years or relevant work experience with government or semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the technical bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. Bids must be submitted by 03 September 2026 at 1030 hours. The tender opening will be on the same day at 1100 hours.
