Procurement of TIN Containers with Plastic Caps by Hydrocarbon Development Institute of Pakistan

The Hydrocarbon Development Institute of Pakistan (HDIP) invites bids for the procurement of TIN containers with plastic caps. These containers are made of polypropylene or high-density polyethylene, fitted with wire seals and unique identity numbers to ensure tamper-proof sealing and traceability. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under fund allocation by HDIP. Items being procured: - TIN containers with plastic caps made of polypropylene or high-density polyethylene - Wire seals - Unique identity numbers for each container The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0. Interested bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
