Procurement of Tooling for Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Procurement will be conducted in accordance with PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Tooling as per Annexure 'A' The delivery period is 2 x months after signing the contract. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, or indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt/Semi Govt organizations if applicable. Attested copies of registration certificates from Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are required. Audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director must be provided. Trade links between firm and OEM (for distributors/agents) and a judicial certificate worth Rs 100 duly attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred by any government organization are mandatory. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years or works experience with Govt/Semi Govt organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2,000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. Bids must be submitted by 04 November 2026 at 1030 hours, with opening on the same date and time.
