Procurement of Tools, Plant, CCTV Cameras, Safety Boots, Gloves, Safety Vests and Harness Belts

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of various tools, plant equipment, safety gear, and CCTV systems for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement includes a range of items essential for operational and safety purposes within PESCO's jurisdiction in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Side Cutting Plier 8" Insulated - Chargeable Torch (Rechargeable) - Linemen's Knife - Phase Tester - Tree Trimmer - Manila Rope - Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of CCTV Cameras with Allied Equipment and Accessories - Linemen's Safety Boots (Assorted Sizes) - Rubber Insulating Gloves 410 mm (Class-0 & Class-2) - High Visibility Reflective Safety Vests/Jackets and Safety Harness Belts The technical scope covers supply and installation of electrical tools and safety equipment, including the commissioning of CCTV cameras with all necessary accessories. The safety gear must meet relevant standards for electrical safety and visibility. Bidders must ensure compliance with specifications detailed in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and ATL, valid PEC categories as applicable, and submission of earnest money in the form of Bid Security as described in the bidding documents. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan, favoring the CEO PESCO, Peshawar. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar, on or before the closing date and time. Late submissions will be rejected. The bidding process follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Public Procurement Rules, 2026.
