Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders from contractors and firms for the procurement of tools and plant at Gwa Cantt, Balochistan. This tender is issued by the MES Gujranwala Cantt office for pre-qualification and issuance of tender documents under PPRA Rules 13 (1) of 2004.
Items being procured:
- Tools and Plant at Gwa Cantt with an approximate cost of Rs. 7.000 Million.
Contractors must submit their applications to CMES (Army) Gujranwala Cantt by 28-08-2026 for pre-qualification. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience and credentials. The tenders must be received by 19-09-2026 at 11:30 hrs and will be opened at 12:00 hrs the same day.
Eligibility requires contractors to provide a certificate of no litigation with government departments and no adverse reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation. All contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration certificate. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
Firms enlisted with MES in categories A, B, C, D, and E with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Contractors not enlisted with MES must deposit 2% of the contract value as security in the form demanded by the accepting officer.

Bidders should ensure timely submission of complete and accurate documents to avoid disqualification. It is advisable to carefully review PEC registration and experience requirements before applying.
