Civil Mechanical Renovation Works for Establishment of Regional Underwriting Department and PHS Facilitation Centers at Rawalpindi

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites bids through EPADS V2.0 from original authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors with at least 5 years of relevant experience in civil mechanical renovation works of corporate type buildings. The scope includes renovation, upgradation, and modernization of the Regional Underwriting Department (RUD) East and West Wing and PHS Facilitation Centers located on the first floor of SLB #01, The Mall Road, Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Civil mechanical renovation works - Renovation/upgradation of East and West Wing of RUD - Modernization of PHS Facilitation Centers The works require firms to have proper office, telephone number, NTN, and be duly registered with EPADS V2.0, PEC category C-5 and above, FBR on ATL & GST, and PRA list. Bidders must submit electronic bids via EPADS V2.0 by 10-09-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders' representatives. A bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Draft, or Pay Order (refundable) in favor of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan is required. The original bid security must be submitted physically before the closing date and time. This tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Bids Evaluation System.
