Government College of Technology Muzaffargarh invites encrypted electronic bids under a single stage one envelope national competitive bidding procedure from active tax bidders registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and also registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for procurement of training material for the following packages: - Procurement of Training Material (Civil Technology) with estimated cost Rs. 630,000 and bid security Rs. 12,600 - Procurement of Training Material (Electrical Technology) with estimated cost Rs. 529,000 and bid security Rs. 10,580 - Procurement of Training Material (Mechanical Technology) with estimated cost Rs. 963,500 and bid security Rs. 19,270 Bidding documents are available free of cost on e-PADS and PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Encrypted electronic bids must be submitted online on Punjab e-Procurement System portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk till 11:30 A.M dated 27 October 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at specified times. Original bid security in favor of Principal Govt. College of Technology Muzaffargarh (6580242957600012) in the form of Bank Guarantee/CDR/Bankers Cheque/Pay Order/Demand Draft must be submitted physically at the given address before the bid opening time. Bidders must ensure timely uploading of bids and are responsible for submission on the e-Procurement portal. The college will not be responsible for any issues related to bid submission.
