Outsourcing Labor for Sweeping Roads, Streets and Cleaning Open Surface Drains and Sewerage Lines in Mirpurkhas

Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas invites sealed tenders for outsourcing labor for sweeping of roads, streets, and cleaning of open surface drains and sewerage lines in various areas of Mirpurkhas city. The procurement covers five specific locations for a duration of six months from 01 November 2026 to 30 April 2027. Items being procured: - Sweeping and cleaning from Main Baldia Office to Mirpurkhas Bus Terminal - Sweeping and cleaning from Chandni Chok to Rahim Nagar - Sweeping and cleaning from Mir Colony to Fruit Farm - Sweeping and cleaning from Ring Road to Khan Naka KFC - Sweeping and cleaning from Mahmoodabad to Railway Hospital The scope includes labor outsourcing for sanitation services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the specified areas. The work is funded through OZt Share and is planned under the Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas budget. Bidders must be registered in the Waste Management sector; civil contractor firms are not eligible. Firms must hold a license from Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for non-hazardous waste updated till 2026 and registration from Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) in Waste Management code 9852, 0000. NTN and three-year bank statements with experience certificates are required. Contractors must be return filers updated to 2025 and have at least five years of experience in rural and urban waste management, including dumping and recycling. Firms must have been awarded at least 50 contracts on the EPAID site and submit audit reports for 2025 from reputable chartered accountants with UDIN code. Tender fee is Rs. 1000 with 2% call deposit. Earnest money equal to 2% of the bid must be attached in the form of pay order or bank draft in favor of Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas. Tender submission deadline is 28 October 2026 by 12:00 pm, with opening at 12:30 pm the same day. In case of government holidays, the tender will be received and opened the next working day at the same time. Bids must be submitted to the office of the Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas.
