Procurement of Training Material for Civil Technology

The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites encrypted electronic bids under a single stage one envelope national competitive bidding procedure from active tax bidders registered with Punjab e-Procurement System and also registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for the supply of training material for Civil Technology. Items being procured: - Training material for Civil Technology Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 01:00 PM on 05/10/2026. The e-bids will be opened on the same date at 01:30 PM. The procurement is under a framework contract with an estimated cost of Rs. 920,000 and a bid security of Rs. 46,000. Bidders must submit the bid security online via the Punjab e-Procurement System. TEVTA will not be responsible for any issues arising from e-bid submission delays, so bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline. The contract payment will be processed through the District Director Office in Sargodha, which is responsible for all financial disbursements. TEVTA reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rules 2014.
