Procurement of Training Material for DAE Automotive, Mechanical, Architecture and HVACR Technology

The Government College of Technology Railway Road Lahore under the Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Punjab invites bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the procurement of training material for DAE Automotive, Mechanical, Architecture and HVACR Technology. This procurement is conducted under single stage one envelope procedure and is open to eligible bidders/firms/contractors registered for income tax and sales tax with the Government bodies/departments. Items being procured: - DAE Mechanical training material - DAE Automotive training material - DAE Architecture training material - DAE HVACR training material The procurement covers training materials specific to the disciplines of Automotive, Mechanical, Architecture, and HVACR technologies. Bidders must be active taxpayers with NTN and GST registration or provide proof of exemption. Bid security is required at 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft favoring Non-Salaried Govt. College of Technology Railway Road Lahore. The successful bidder must also provide a performance guarantee of 10% of the total contract amount within 7 days of contract award. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 09-10-2026 at 10:00 A.M. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day starting at 10:30 A.M. at the Government College of Technology Railway Road Lahore in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or their representatives. All prevailing government taxes are applicable and must be included in the quoted rates. Transportation and installation charges are the responsibility of the contractor. Bidders are advised to avoid erasing or overwriting on bid documents and to submit all required documents including NTN, GST status, and an affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted by TEVTA or PPRA.
