Procurement of Zoom Enterprise Licenses

The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from well reputed organizations and companies for the procurement of Zoom Enterprise Licenses. This procurement is conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process to ensure transparency and competitiveness. Items being procured: - Zoom Enterprise Licenses Bid documents are immediately available at the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website, free of cost. Bids must be uploaded and submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 13-10-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am by a committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date/time to be announced later. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required, payable or submitted through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options digitally via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST Registration Certificates are mandatory with the bids. This tender notice is also uploaded on the PPRA and BOP websites. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure timely uploading of bids to avoid disqualification. The Bank of Punjab will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bid documents.
