Tender Description
Bids are invited through Punjab E-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk) under single stage one envelope procedure from eligible bidders/firms/contractors registered for income tax and sales tax with the Government bodies/departments for the procurement of training material for various trades at the Govt. Technical Training Institute, Gulberg Lahore under prevailing PPRA rules.
Items being procured:
- Training Material for Various Trades
The procurement involves supply of training materials required for multiple trades at the Technical Training Institute located in Gulberg Lahore. Bidders must ensure that all materials meet the required standards and specifications suitable for technical training purposes. The site is the Govt. Technical Training Institute, 96-H, Gulberg-II, Lahore.
Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR for NTN and GST, active tax payer status, and submission of bid security of Rs. 40,000 in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft favoring Principal, Govt. Technical Training Institute, Gulberg Lahore. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the total contract amount within 7 days of award. All government taxes and transportation/installation charges are to be borne by the contractor.
The tender documents are available on the PPRA Punjab website and Punjab E-Procurement portal. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System by 10-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on 10-10-2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids submitted by any other means will not be entertained.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure that all bid documents are complete and uploaded correctly on the E-Procurement portal well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues. Also, attach attested copies of NTN and GST certificates to avoid disqualification.
