Procurement of Transformers, Circuit Breakers and Isolators for Allai Khwar Power Station

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) through the Resident Engineer (O&M) at Allai Khwar Power Station invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax department and on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. The procurement is for critical electrical components required at Allai Khwar Power Station in Allai, District Battagram, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Procurement of HV, LV, Neutral, Earthing & Tertiary Bushings of 160 MVA Auto Transformer and 71 MVA Power Transformer - Procurement of 132KV and 220KV Circuit Breakers along with Essential Spare Parts - Procurement of 132KV and 220KV Isolators along with Essential Spare Parts The procurement will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) on FOB basis using the EPADS electronic bidding system. Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS V2.0 on or before the specified deadlines. Hard copies of bidding documents must also be provided in addition to electronic submissions. Bid security amounts are specified for each lot and must be furnished in original form in favor of A.K. HYDEL POWER A/C No. 19187000044501 at Habib Bank Limited (HBL) Besham or in freely convertible currencies for foreign bidders. The bid security may be dispatched to Leopard Courier Service (LCS) office, Besham, against the office address for timely receiving. The bidding follows the single stage one envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations. The bids will be opened on the same day and time mentioned for each lot in the office of the Resident Engineer (O&M), Allai Khwar Power Station. The completion period for each lot is 180 days from the date of opening of the Letter of Credit (LC).
